Care-A-Van

A long-standing transportation assistance program serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income residents in the Hemet area since 1994.

The program helps provide access to important destinations such as medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential services.

Care-A-Van's services are free. They request a $3.00 donation each way, however passengers are never turned away due to inability to pay.

Senior and/or Disabled Home Rehabilitation Program

The City of Hemet Housing Division previously offered programs that help older adults with home repairs and housing-related assistance.

However, these services are currently paused.
