If you choose Elder Love USA as your charity of choice under the program, we'll send you a Ralph's, Fry's, or Food4Less digital gift card in return for your support! *Limited to one card per household*
Step 1
Create or login your Kroger's digital account.
Go to your chosen Community Rewards website. Link your Shopper’s Card to your account so that all transactions apply toward the organization you choose.
Search for our organization
Enter “Elder Love USA” or our Nonprofit Organization (NPO) number HY909 (Note: Elder Love USA is three separate words)

Step 2
Confirm successful enrollment.
Take a screenshot, photo or print out the confirmation showing you have chosen Elder Love as your charity of choice.
Email your confirmation image to us at Rewards@ElderLoveUSA.org along with your name and phone number.
We will ask you to email us a code to verify your submission.
Step 3
Get your giftcard.
Once your enrollment has been verified, we'll send you an email with a unique url and claim code.
You can now shop while helping local older adults get access to home care services at no extra cost to you.
