Comprehensive Home Care Services
We provide comprehensive support, including personal care, mobility assistance, housekeeping, communication, and transportation
Shopping
Assistance with online ordering and grocery shopping for home needs
Cooking
Support with cooking and preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
Transportation
Drive to doctor appointments, run errands, leisure drives, and visit friends and family
Personal Care
Bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, money management, personal hygiene, grooming, companionship, correspondence, medication reminders, and assisting medication that the client self-administers
Housekeeping
Laundry, dusting surfaces within reach, taking the trash out, sweeping and vacuuming the floor, and cleaning the toilet, sinks, bath, and shower
Case Management
Connect with a medical social worker for personalized support and resource referrals, including VA benefits, IHSS, meals, transportation, and more. Sliding scale fees apply for one-time or ongoing in-person visits
Services We Do NOT Provide
We are not authorized to arrange for the provision of medical services to clients.
The following list, while not exhaustive, it contains examples of medical services we may not provide:
Diabetic insulin shots
Catheter care
Bedsore treatment
Colostomy bag care
Medication administration
Tube feedings and care
IV insertions
Glucose readings (blood sugar)
Post-surgery wound care
Monitoring/recording blood pressure
Tube feedings and care
Physical therapy
Ventilator dependent care
Monitoring/recording vital signs
Assistance with medication that the client self-administers that would otherwise require administration or oversight by a licensed health care professional
Community Health Workers
CHWs help individuals access vital resources like housing, food, and healthcare, while promoting healthier lifestyles through culturally relevant education, outreach, and advocacy.
CHW services are FREE for those on IEHP and Kaiser Medi-Cal.
For private pay clients, the service is offered as case management at $60/hour, billed in 15-minute increments so a 15-minute session with a social worker can be just $15.

Respite Service
Whether you need time to rest, attend appointments, or simply recharge, our trained and compassionate caregivers step in to ensure your loved one is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
This service is completely free for eligible IEHP members. For private pay clients, we offer a competitive rate of $30 per hour.
