Office On Aging

The Riverside County Office on Aging (OOA) was designated in 1974 by the Board of Supervisors as the County Department on Aging for Planning and Service Area (PSA) 21 and serves as the official Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for Riverside County.

CalFresh

The CalFresh Program, formerly known as Food Stamps and federally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), can add to your food budget to put healthy and nutritious food on the table. The program issues monthly electronic benefits that can be used to buy most foods at many markets and food stores.

Food Pantries & Senior Meals

Riverside County Office on Aging's Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program provides free farmers' market vouchers to adults 60 years or older who meet income eligibility requirements.

Warming Centers

Riverside County Office on Aging's Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program provides free farmers' market vouchers to adults 60 years or older who meet income eligibility requirements.

Network of Care for Seniors and People with Disabilities

This project is part of a broad effort by Riverside County to improve and better coordinate long-term care services locally. This comprehensive, Internet-based resource is for seniors and persons with disabilities, as well as their caregivers and service providers.

Family Caregiver Support

Supports family caregivers who are caring for or helping an older relative and can assist in coordinating services to help family members maintain their caregiving roles.

Comprehensive & Professional Care

We provide comprehensive support, including personal care, mobility assistance, housekeeping, communication, and transportation. 

All of our caregivers undergo background checks and receive training and certification through the Caregiver Training University.

Our private pay in-home care services are $28 per hour, with a two-hour minimum per visit, no long-term contracts
