Actually, sat down with her on 6.11.2019 and I was very touched by her compassion and care for her clients and the overall pursuit of higher education for her business and clients. I see alot of non-profits who have a big heart but, lack the business side of it. Shannon has it both going for her. If my dad was still alive I would have retained her services for my dad who passed away a few years back from Parkinson Disease... Thank you Shannon for what you do for our senior community.

Since our mother broke her hip in February and went from being on her own to bed-ridden, Elder Love caregivers have been there for her. Shannon & Nicole have gone that extra mile, and even make it look easy! When Mom wasn't happy with one of the people, they quickly found someone else. The people who work for them are loyal and like working for Elder Love, which says something positive about the owners. They're so attentive and helpful I feel as if we're their only client. Because of that personal and caring touch, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a caregiver, either 24-hours or just an hour a day.
