Local Resources
Corona City Senior Center
Designed for adults ages 50 and older, the center provides opportunities to create lasting friendships while participating in a variety of health and wellness programs, educational classes, recreational activities, social events, and supportive services throughout the year.

Vets Connect
The Corona Public Library offers a local program called Vets Connect, which helps veterans and their families connect with important state, federal, and community resources. Through the program, veterans can receive guidance with employment, health benefits, housing resources, education, and other support services they may have earned through their military service. The library also hosts a Veterans Resource Center, volunteer support, and a veterans book club that helps create community and connection for local veterans in Corona. Dial-A-Ride
A shared transportation service that provides curb-to-curb service to eligible riders. The service is available to individuals certified under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Seniors (60+), and persons with disabilities. Trips should be scheduled 1 to 14 days in advance.

Corona Cruiser
The Corona Cruiser is a fixed-route bus system that helps older adults travel to various locations throughout the city, including shopping centers, medical offices, and community destinations. Seniors ages 60 and older are normally eligible to ride the fixed-route service at half fare during all hours of operation. However, through June 30, 2026, eligible seniors can currently ride the Corona Cruiser for free as part of the city’s fare subsidy program. Meals on Wheels
Delivers nutritious meals and personal contact to senior and disabled adults to keep them healthy, safe, and living independently for as long as they are able

Affordable Apartments
The City of Corona has also compiled a list of affordable and senior apartment communities that may help older adults find lower-cost housing options within the area.
Corona Police Department’s Senior Citizens Safety
Weekly health screenings and elderly lectures hosted at the Corona Senior Citizens Center.
Additionally, family members of elderly individuals are offered a digital copy of their fingerprints, medications used, photo, general info, etc. (useful if the elderly individual has Alzheimer’s and wanders off).
