Like many of you, we here at Elder Love are taking the turning of the calendar as an opportunity to start on a fresh and healthy path. In particular, we are going to be significantly reducing our animal product intake and filling our plates with fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Studies have shown that moving towards a plant-based diet can have a major impact on your health - even curing some diseases! We welcome you to join us on our journey to better health from the inside out and look forward to hearing your stories.
