Imperial County's AAA's mission is to rotect, assist and advocate for individuals by coordinating community based services to maintain their independence at home; and protecting the assets and managing the estates of those who have passed away.

CAlz Connect
A new program designed to improve the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and decrease the burden that caregivers may face. The community health worker will provide dementia information and education; work with the family to develop a plan of care; connect families with community services/supports; and aid in care transitions.

Adult Protective Services
The Adult Protective Services (APS) program provides prevention, intervention and protective services for dependent and disabled adults and the elderly.

Family Justice Center
The Family Justice Center (FJC) provides comprehensive victim services through coordinated efforts to use victim (includes elder abuse victims) assistance, law enforcement and affiliated partner agencies to help connect victims to appropriate services.
In Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) provides services to individuals 65 years of age or older.

Public Authority
The purpose of the Public Authority for In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) is to help IHSS elderly, blind and disabled recipients in hiring home care providers.
Congregate Meal Sites
The Congregate Nutrition Program (Title IIIC-1) addresses dietary inadequacy and social isolation among individuals aged 60 and older.
Elder Law & Advocacy
The Elder Law & Advocacy provides assistance with HICAP (a consumer-oriented program providing Medicare and related health insurance counseling and education), Advance Health Care Directives General Information, Living Trust, Power Of Attorney, Transfer Of Deed, and Wills.

Virtual Education
The county provides virtual education sessions to inform older adults and the general public about various topics on aging.
Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
Investigates elder abuse complaints in long-term care facilities and in residential care facilities for the elderly.
Multipurpose Senior Services Program
Provides social and health case management for frail elderly clients who are certifiable for placement in a nursing facility but who wish to remain in the community.
Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC)
Serves as a single point of entry into the long-term support and services for older adults and people with disabilities. ADRCs provide unbiased, reliable information and counseling to individuals with all levels of income.

Comprehensive & Professional Care
We provide comprehensive support, including personal care, mobility assistance, housekeeping, communication, and transportation.
All of our caregivers undergo background checks and receive training and certification through the Caregiver Training University.
Our private pay in-home care services are $28 per hour, with a two-hour minimum per visit, no long-term contracts
