Depending on your Medi-Cal coverage and individual needs, you may be eligible for these services for free.
Our team will coordinate with your Medi-Cal provider to help determine your eligibility and guide you through the process of accessing the services available to you.
2. Respite
Caring for a loved one is rewarding, but it's also demanding. Respite care gives family caregivers a break while our team steps in to provide the care they need. Available for up to 336 hours per calendar year.
3. Free Community Health Worker Assessment
A Community Health Worker can help identify health, social, and community resources that may improve your ability to remain healthy and independent. These may include help with first and last month's rent, home safety modifications, free or tailored meal programs, and in-home support services.
You will be cared for by a local caregiving agency.
We proudly serve Medi-Cal members throughout Desert Shores.
Our familiarity with the Desert Shores area also allows us to connect families with local healthcare providers, senior resources, and community programs when additional assistance is needed.
We are proud to be supported by local organizations, and our work has also been featured by local news and media outlets.

Our care is delivered with the highest standard of quality.
All eligible Medi-Cal members receive care from our professionally trained caregivers, who undergo thorough background checks and complete comprehensive training through Caregiver Training University.
They are fully insured and bonded for added peace of mind.
You may also request a caregiver based on your preferred language, gender, or experience with specific care needs such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other specialized conditions.
If your caregiver is not the right fit, we’ll work with you to find someone who better meets your needs and preferences.
Through our partnership with Momentra, we're also bringing innovative, technology-assisted support services.
Their Virtual Care Navigation program allows older adults to access tools such as video calls and messaging, an interactive health map, and a secure file vault for personalized health information.
