Through a combination of client support, partnerships, creative fundraisers, individual donations, sponsorships, and grants, we make home care accessible by providing services at a reduced rate.
Our private pay in-home care services have a two-hour minimum per visit at only $30 per hour and no long-term contracts.

We frequently work with families navigating transitions after a hospital stay, rehabilitation, a change in mobility, or a sudden need for additional support at home.

If you or a loved one is enrolled in Medi-Cal, we can provide services at no cost — including personal care and homemaker services, respite care, and community health worker services.
Through VetAssist, we also help eligible veterans (or their surviving spouse) secure the VA's Aid & Attendance benefit. Once that benefit is approved, we can start caregiving services right away.

Before we ever step into someone's home, we learn their habits, their preferences, and what independence looks like for them, then we build support around that. As needs change, the care plan can change with them.
It's why our clients keep their dignity while getting exactly the help they need, whether that's hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and mobility, or a lighter touch with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) like meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Assistance with online ordering and grocery shopping for household needs

Support with cooking and preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
Transportation
Drive to doctor appointments, errands, leisure drives, and visits with friends and family.
Light Housekeeping
Laundry, dusting surfaces within reach, taking out the trash, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and cleaning toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
Personal Care
Bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, money management, personal hygiene, grooming, companionship, correspondence, medication reminders, and assisting medication that the client self-administers
Case Management
Connect with a medical social worker for personalized support and resource referrals, including VA benefits, IHSS, meals, transportation, and more. Sliding scale fees apply for one-time or ongoing in-person visits.

Our care is professional and high-quality.
All of our caregivers undergo thorough background checks and complete training through Caregiver Training University.
They are fully insured and bonded for added peace of mind.
You may also request a caregiver based on your preferred language, gender, or experience with specific care needs such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other specialized conditions.
If your caregiver is not the right fit, we’ll work with you to find someone who better meets your needs and preferences.
Through our partnership with Momentra, we are also bringing innovative, technology-assisted support services.
Their Virtual Care Navigation program allows older adults to access tools such as video calls and messaging, an interactive health map, and a secure file vault for personalized health information.
