Services Available Through This Partnership
Our partnership expands our coverage of care across Southern California, providing eligible Medi-Cal members access to services in San Diego, Orange, Riverside/Coachella Valley, and Los Angeles Counties.
All caregivers are carefully background-checked, trained, and supervised by two trusted organizations with decades of combined experience in providing quality care and support.
1. Personal Care & Homemaker Services
Support for individuals living with dementia, those receiving hospice or cancer care, recovering from hospitalization, and those with other complex care needs. Services include support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as:

3. Respite
Gives family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved ones continue to receive support.
Medi-Cal members may receive up to 336 hours of respite care per calendar year
About the Partnership
Elder Love USA is a nonprofit home care agency founded to help bridge the gap for older adults who may not qualify for government assistance but cannot afford private care.
Canaan is also a nonprofit organization that has provided high-quality home care since 1982. A portion of every dollar earned supports the Canaan Cares Foundation, helping fund research and expand care options for elderly and disabled individuals.
Together, we are combining our experience, expanded service areas, and resources to make it easier for Medi-Cal members and providers to connect with the care they may qualify for.
