Our Mission
We're dedicated to making in home care accessible and affordable for seniors.
Elder Love USA, Inc. helps older adults and their families by assisting with day-to-day activities such as housekeeping, cooking, medication management, transportation, personal care, pet care and more.

We are a creative and innovative solution that focuses primarily on helping those middle class older adults who make "too much" to qualify for free help, but not enough to pay traditional in-home care rates. Elder Love has a 2 hour minimum requirement for caregiving clients, and no long term contracts.
Elder Love USA aims to provide in home care at a reduced rate. We are able to do this through a combination of client support, partnerships with managed care partners, fundraisers, individual donations, sponsorships, grants and our cleaning program revenue.

"I support Elder Love each month because I think about the passion behind Shannon’s vision and her devotion to the communities she serves.
Most people can relate to either having a loved one in need of these services or being an individual who needs these services, so empathizing with the beneficiaries of this cause is not difficult to do.
I never doubt that Elder Love is a responsible, thoughtful steward of funds because Shannon is an expert in her field with boundless love for her clients."

Elder Love USA, Inc. was founded by Shannon Shea. Shannon has a masters degree in gerontological social work and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Gerontology Leadership from Concordia University.
During her internship at the Huntington Beach Senior Center, Shannon worked in the case management division. She was able to see firsthand how many older adults needed a little extra help around the house with things such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry and pet care, but they could not afford to pay a traditional in-home caregiving company. She knew there had to be a better way.
She founded Elder Love USA, Inc. in April of 2016 with the goal of providing care at a reduced rate with low minimum hourly requirements. Currently, Elder Love is operating primarily in southern California.
